What Are Dungeon Runs?

Dungeon Runs is a quick and simple game accessible when using the command &d. Each time you complete on of the 5 possible outcomes, you will either stay on the same level or descend to the next. When you use the previously mentioned command, you will receive an embed HUD that looks something like this:

What does this HUD mean?

  • Dungeon pts icon.pngPts
    • The Pts counter counts the number of Dungeon Points you have. Dungeon Points do not serve any other purpose than showing how well you've performed in Dungeon Runs.
  • Dungeon coin.pngCoin
    • The Coin counter counts the number of Dungeon Coins you have. Dungeon Coins can be spent in the Dungeon Shop, which will be explained later on.
  • Dungeon HP.pngHP
    • The HP counter counts how much Dungeon Health you have. Dungeon Health doesn't affect Dungeon Runs unless you reach 0, in which you will not be allowed to run until you heal.
      • You can heal by &useing certain items, such as Potions and Food.
  • Dungeon NRG.pngNRG
    • The NRG counter counts how much Dungeon Energy you have. Energy slowly accumulates over time, maxing out at 100. You are not allowed to run when your Energy is at 99 or below.

Running In Dungeon Runs

To run, simply use the command &drun. When you run, 1 of 5 outcomes will occur. 4 out of these 5 outcomes will require you to use the reactions attached to the message.

Possible Outcomes

Outcome: A Fight

  • In this random outcome, you will find a random monster to fight. You will be given the choice to run away, or fight the monster.
    • Running: If you run away from the fight, you will lose no health, but you will remain on your current floor.
    • Fighting: If you fight the monster, you will descend a level at the expense of some of your health, depending on the monster.

Outcome: A Riddle

  • In this random outcome, a "Dungeon Master" will present you with a riddle. You will be given the choice to solve the riddle with either Talking or Thought. The higher your STAT is, the greater chance you have.
    • Talking: If you attempt to solve the riddle with Talking, depending on your Talking STAT, you will either solve the riddle or fail it. If you solve the riddle, you will descend a level. If you fail the riddle, you will stay on the same level.
    • Thought: If you attempt to solve the riddle with Thought, depending on your Thought STAT, you will either solve the riddle or fail it. If you solve the riddle, you will descend a level. If you fail the riddle, you will stay on the same level.

Outcome: A Split

  • In this random outcome, you encounter a split in the hall. You will be given the choice to head left or right.
    • Left: If you go left, you have a 50/50 chance of walking into a trap. If you walk into the trap, you will lose a random amount of health. If you don't walk into the trap, you will lose no health.
    • Right: Going right has the same outcome: you have a 50/50 chance of walking into a trap. If you walk into the trap, you will lose a random amount of health. If you don't walk into the trap, you will lose no health.
    • There is no way to know which direction is trapped and which way is not, it's entirely based off luck. If you walked into a trap, you will not descend to the next level, while you will descend if you manage to dodge the trap.

Outcome: A Chest

  • In this random outcome, you will encounter a chest in the hall. Unlike the other outcomes, you will not be given a choice and instead told to press the reaction to open the chest.
    • Open Chest: When you open the chest, you will be given a random item and a random amount of Dungeon Coins before descending to the next level.

Outcome: Proceed Safely
