Spells: Ice

Level 1

  • Freeze: 1 MP - 0 Difficulty - Freeze water to create solid ice. Does not work on enemy conjured water, but as utility.
  • Shard: 1 MP - 1 Difficulty - The caster shoots a small shard of ice at a target up to Ranged Distance, dealing 1 dmg.

Level 2

  • Iceblade: 3 MP - 3 Difficulty - The mage creates a melee weapon, such as a dagger, out of pure ice using 3 Action Points. The weapon lasts for 3 turns, or until it hits a target, and deals 5 dmg. The enemy who has been successfully struck by this spell cannot move out of their place for 1 turn.
  • Icicle: 2 MP - 5 Difficult - Summon a sharp icicle and send it at a target up to Ranged Distance, dealing 4 dmg.

Level 3

  • Cryoregeneration: 5 MP - 8 Difficulty - Touching a target, the mage encases the character in ice. For the next turn they cannot take any actions or move, nor can they be damaged. The following turn they are returned to normal as the ice melts, with 10 HP healed.
  • Ice dome: 5 MP - 13 Difficulty - The caster forms an unmoving ice dome around the party, it lasts for 2 turns or until it takes 30 dmg.
  • Ice Wall: 2 MP - 10 Difficulty - The mage creates a wall of moving ice around them or an ally large enough to block a forward attack. Blocks up to 10 dmg.

Level 4

  • Dance of Winter: 4 MP - 12 Difficulty - The caster begins a waltz, drastically lowering the surrounding area's temperature. They can choose up to 3 enemies within Far Distance to freeze, dealing 4 dmg. For the next 2 turns, the targets hit with this spell can only attack once and have to use 3 Action Points in order to move.
  • Winter’s Last Blessing: 6 MP - 16 Difficulty - The caster projects a cold aura around themself, dealing frostbite 3dmg/turn in Ranged radius. Focus needs to be kept and the caster can only move half of their normal distance. Allies in the radius gain +2 dodge. This spell lasts for 4 turns unless cancelled or disrupted.
