The High Magic spell of Magecall is used by powerful mages in large cities to communicate with rulers of others lands.

This requires a large magic circle established by an Archmage, and the sacrifice of many gems.

30 Rubies, 30 Sapphires, 30 Emeralds
30 Onyx and 30 Opal
30 Supragems
The Bones of a Snowy Newt and an Astral Gem
